Shipping & Returns

Shipping rates for Trigg Trike kits are a flat rate of $450.00 per trike kit within the continental United States. Call for shipping quote outside of the continental United States.

All products have defined shipping rates to the Continental US ONLY and can be seen using our shopping cart by clicking on "estimate shipping".

International Shipping must call to get an accurate shipping quote.  Our online shopping cart will not display an accurate shipping price outside of the continental US.

Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized by Bikes-To-Trikes NW prior to return. Bikes-To-Trikes NW will not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.
• All returns must be made within 15 days of original purchase.
• Bikes-To-Trikes NW may deny returns on units that have been installed and ridden.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returned products. Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 20% restock fee or the cost to return the kit to new condition if greater than 20% of the original purchase price.
• All refunds for authorized returns of products purchased through Bikes-To-Trikes NW must be made and be pre approved by the Bikes-To-Trikes NW and Tow-Pac, Inc and Trigg Trikes.
• No refund will be given until product has been authorized, received, and inspected by Tow-Pac, Inc or Trigg trikes.
• Authorized returns will nullify any warranty responsibilities by Bikes-To-Trikes NW or any claims against Bikes-To-Trikes NW.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be presented in writing to Bikes To Trikes NW within ten days of the original order. Credit card processing fees are not refundable. There is an 5% administration fee of the total charged for cancellations on all orders.

Damaged Shipment Policy

All orders are thoroughly inspected at our facility and must be free of damage before shipment. The components are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival under normal freight shipment circumstances. When your order arrives carefully inspect the carton contents for any damage which may occur during shipment . All damage must be reported immediately to the driver making your delivery. All claims for damage must be made directly with the freight line. Tow-Pac, Inc. and Trigg Trikes can only replace damaged components that have been claimed to and approved by the freight line. Tow-Pac, Inc. and Trigg Trikes cannot accept returns of damaged goods that have not been claimed to and approved by the freight line.
